The Privacy Policy may be changed at any time upon the sole discretion of the Company and without prior notice to you. Collection of Personal Information

We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Laws and Regulations and other applicable laws. We may collect your Personal Data such as name, postal address, e-mail address and phone number, the device's phone number, username, password and other registration information, financial and credit information, personal description, photograph names and other payment instrument details etc. which you voluntarily provide to us for facilitating the services provided by the Company. Customer and the Company acknowledge and agree that with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, Customer is a Controller and Company is a Processor

Customer shall be solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Personal Data which it was collected and shared with Company.

Company shall treat Personal Data as confidential information and shall Process Personal Data on behalf of and only in accordance with Data Protection Laws and Regulations.

Company shall inform Customer immediately (i) if, in its opinion, an instruction from Customer constitutes a breach of the applicable laws and/or (ii) if Company is unable to follow Customer’s instructions for the Processing of Personal Data.
Company shall, to the extent legally permitted, inform the Customer of any complaint, dispute or request it has received from a Data Subject such as a Data Subject’s right of access, right to rectification, restriction of Processing, erasure, data portability, object to the Processing, or itsright not to be subject to an automated individual decision making. Company shall not respond to a Data Subject request itself, except that Customer authorizes Company to redirect the Data Subject request as necessary to allow Customer to respond directly. Company shall provide all assistance to the Customer by appropriate technical and organizational measures, insofar as this is possible, for the fulfillment of Customer’s obligation to respond to a Data Subject complaint under Data Protection Laws and Regulations.

Company shall ensure that its personnel engaged in the Processing of Personal Data are informed of the confidential nature of the Personal Data, have received appropriate training on their responsibilities and have executed written confidentiality agreements.

Company shall take commercially reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of any Company personnel engaged in the Processing of Personal Data. Company shall maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures for protection of the security (including protection against unauthorized or unlawful Processing and against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration or damage, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Personal Data), confidentiality and integrity of Personal Data.

Company shall maintain security incident management policies and procedures to the extent required as per Data Protection Laws and Regulations and shall notify Customer without any delay after becoming aware of the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Personal Data, transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed by Company of which Company becomes aware.

Company may not always know whether Customer wishesto have its data deleted after termination or retained for use in a future services engagement. If Customer does not ask Company to Process its Personal Data further, it should inform Company, and at the Customer’s instruction Company will delete, overwrite, or destroy all copies of Personal Data in its systems or otherwise in its possession or control, unless legally prohibited. Until Personal Data is deleted or returned, Company shall continue to comply with this Privacy Policy.

PROTECTION
